QR Q-Razy
Engagement, organization, differentiation, sharing, and informing are the ideas that come to mind when I think about the usefulness of QR codes. These tech tools can help you achieve all of these things when combined with other resources. Below are some of the ways that these little enigmas can be used to enhance the classroom experience. Beside each of the uses I have provided numbers to guide you to the appropriate How-To instructions on the right. Students as Creators...
Don't be afraid to shift the responsibility of creation over to your students. QR codes are fantastic for making student projects more interactive. Students could create videos, upload them to their Google Drive, grab the link and create the following: interactive time-lines, tutorial videos, games, interactive posters, scavenger hunts, book blurbs, book reviews, story read-alouds and more! How amazing would it be if the homework help QR linked to a student-created tutorial video? Empower your kids and they will surprise and amaze you with what they can create.
